New York train crash: Metro-North derailment in Bronx

Four people have been killed and 63 injured in a passenger train crash in the Bronx area of New York City.  The train - the 05:54 from Poughkeepsie to Grand Central Station - was travelling much faster than normal at the time. The Metro-North train's locomotive and carriages derailed as the train went into a bend in the railway line near Spuyten Duyvil station.
In my opinion, this tragic derailment was due to high speed of the train at the moment, and therefore I believe that it is the train triver's fault. It is very sad that 4 people have lost their lives in the accident. However, the number of victims is small. I think that the speed in trains should be more controlled because it is not the first time that happens something like this. Recently, it happened in San Sebastián, Spain, and it was worse.
