No Smoking

Many people start in the snuff very early in adolescence, in an age of between 13 and 16. Studies show that girls are more likely to usesnuff.

Smoking has many drawbacks such as: the emergence of  wrinkles ,the teeth become yellow, dependency, the lungs stop working well, spending money and most importantly, you are exposed tonumerous cancers among which are: the lung cancer, mouth, larynxor the kidney, amongst others.

With all these negative health effects of people who use snuff, there are many people trying to leave the snuff, but without success.

In Spain, in January 2011 launched a campaign law prohibiting the consumption of snuff in public, but still, many people who refuse to quit smoking.

The Simpsons

The Simpsons is an animated series created by Matt Groening andbroadcast in over 50 different countries and in over 20 languages.

It's the cartoon series longer and with more episodes. Issued on the air since 1987, so this year celebrates 25 years of issue.

The characters are a crazy family, parents, Homer and Marge and three children: Bart, Lisa and Maggie, living in a town called Springfield.

The 5 characters:

Homer, the father, works at a nuclear power plant, owned by Mr.Burns, and is limited to eating donuts and do relatively nothing at work. His best friends are Carl and Lenie, who often gather at Moe's Bar, near his home. Homer has a somewhat distant behavior with their children himself with his father, who often visit.

Marge, the mother takes care of Magie, the youngest child of all,clean the house and do all the housework. Marge has two lonelysisters, Paty and Selma, who come together. She cares deeply forhis family and tries to be very difficult even in the house there are not many problems.

Bart, the eldest child in the school does not get good grades and is dedicated to having fun making mischief. His best friend is Milhouse and his greatest enemy is Professor Skinner, which makes life impossible.

Lisa, the second daughter, in contrast to Bart she is very good at school, which his father does not value too. She enjoys playing the saxophone, is vegetarian and is also interested inenvironmentalism.

Magie is the last child, just say nothing of his young age. Never separated from her pacifier.

Carnival

Carnival's holiday consists of dressing-up of something or someone that you like and go out during the night to show your dresses. There's a lot of costumes there: TV personalities, cartoons, singers, movie characters, as far as mytichal characters of video games or books, like for example: Mario, the famous plumber or that of Avatar, of the movie ‘’Avatar’’.  Carnival in Catalonia is celebrated in February, between the 19th and 28th of this month. Lots of people get into their costumes and with their floats and loud music dance some choreography. One of the famous sayings told in Carnival is: "You can do whatever you want in Carnival" (A Carnaval tot s'hi val), because of that there's a lot of people that loose their shyness during this time and go out to have fun. The most famous Carnival in the world is the one in Rio de Janeiro in Brasil, in Spain is also famous the Carnaval de Canarias, in the Canary Islands.

Dance music and Romanian singers

In the last years many Romanian artists got known in the dance and house panorama. Most of them were girls that with a little help or the success in some TV programme, like for example the young Andre Ola -aged only 15 years old-, through a programme of talented people in Italy, released in the latest months her first single titled "Erase you". Being number one in a lot of international music lists, the young Andre Ola is going to amaze us with another excellent single. Another case is that of Inna, another young romanian girl that made her debut in 2007 with her first single titled 'Hot', getting around 5 awards. Nowadays Inna is quite famous around the world and has settled down her own dance music genre. There's also other singers like Alexandra Stan or Elena Georghe, that crossed borders and top lists only with their music. These are only a few examples of the manyt Romanian artist that slowly are getting known for their amazing talent to compose music that sound in the abroad dance floors.

Anorexia

Anorexia is a eating disorder that is mainly seen between teenagers, specially in girls. Nevertheless, the number of males is increasing each year. The common symptoms of anorexia include the wrong image of one's own body as well as the fear of increasing weight. Anorexia leads to a serious slimming and too much exercise. Sometimes anorexia is also related with bulimia, another eating disorder. These two illnesses are characteristic of developed countries, and they occur most of the times in families without economic problems. There's a lot of causes that make someone anorexic: beauty models imposed by society, low self-esteem and the search for perfection in a extreme slimness. The worst cases can end with the death of the sick caused by undernourishment or a heart attack.
